Would it be possible for someone with the knowledge, to post which states or areas Black should not be wearing colors. I think this would qualify as a possible safety issue. Also maybe discuss what one should do in the event colors are worn where they should not??

I think this should be placed in the monthly newsletter where it will be seen by all and then it would remind us to keep this issue in prayer as it only effects those that ride through or live in those areas.
